This form has been designed especially for the use of Real Estate Agents and Landlords. It is set up so arranging a service call for your tenants can be done with ease. We will attempt to contact the tenant the day we receive your request.

To book a service call online, use the form below, you will need to supply all tenants details and also Agent / Landlord details. Please provide details of product including model number. If the appliances are less than 2 years old you will need to submit sales invoice. Advantage Appliances carries out repairs exclusively for the manufacturers listed on this site.

If the appliance is more than two years old then an Account will be sent to the allocated address. The Onsite Service Charge is $99.00 Inc GST. Additional labour is charged at $8.80 Inc Gst for each 5-minute interval. Any parts fitted to the appliance are extra.
